Deleting Sub-Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions for the folio or sub-folio to complete this task.
Note
Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Deleting Sub-Folios in Cartella Site Settings for details to delete sub-folios from any Cartella site folio.
Deleting a folio removes the folio and its children (i.e., sub-folios) from the available folio list. You can delete available folios on the Folio Management view and view the folios on the Deleted Folios Management view.
Note
Restore or permanently remove deleted categories in the Deleted Folio Managementtree.
To delete a sub-folio:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > [name-of-sub-folio] > Delete.

    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > Manage > Modules > [name-of-sub-folio] Delete.

  3. Click Delete.
    A dialog displays: 
    Are you sure you want to delete [name-of-sub-folio]?
  4. Click OK.
    Cartella deletes the folio.
