CMS 10.6 Importing Keymatch Searches as CSV Files


Keymatch searches provide a means for searched terms to display at the top of the results lists, regardless of boost value. If your organization stored your keymatch queries in a CSV file prior to Ingeniux CMS 10.6, CMS administrators can import this file into the CMS through the InSite Search Configuration UI.

Once uploaded, these keymatch queries populate the Manage Keymatches area and will take affect once your organization publishes its content.

To add a keymatch search:
  1. Navigate to Administration > InSite Search > Keymatch.
  2. Select Import CSV in the Custom Keymatch tab.

  3. Click to browse for the CSV file that contains your keymatch terms or drag the CSV file from your file system.
    The CSV files displays in the dialog.

  4. Select Upload.
  5. Select Close when the upload process completes.
    The collection of keymatch terms or phrases displays in the Custom Keymatch tab.
  6. Optional: If you want to delete a keymatch row entry, select the delete icon Delete Icon associated with the row.
  7. Select Save.
