AI Module Spring-Summer 2025 - Version 2
August 06, Spring-Summer 2025 - Ingeniux AI System Build 2.1.89
Ingeniux AI Generation takes your authoring processes to the next level with a powerful left-pane AI module that revolutionizes how you work with content, metadata, and taxonomy. Streamline workflows by leveraging AI to generate entire pages of content, optimize your metadata for better SEO, and intelligently categorize your pages—all from one central interface.
- Updated OpenAI model to GPT-4.1.
- The
AI module can now be accessed via the new Ingeniux
AI icon in the utility bar, which opens a left-pane application with three
primary feature areas:
- Content tab: Mass content generation for text-based fields in individual pages and components.
- Metadata tab: Metadata generation for text-based fields in individual pages.
- Taxonomy tab: Taxonomy categorization for pages and components.
- Enhanced page-level AI content optimization capabilities and functionality.
- Redesigned and improved field-level AI integration, functionality, and UI.
- Added ability for users to select multiple fields where they want to generate content or metadata simultaneously with AI based on a single prompt.
- Updated Prompt the AI feature for customized content generation with user-defined prompts.
- Added ability to include Enhancements
in addition to prompts to help users effectively guide the AI during the content
generation process. These enhancements can be reused throughout the AI session. When
specifying enhancements, this provides the AI with the following information:
- Keywords specification for targeted content inclusion.
- Topics definition for content coverage.
- Audience targeting for tailored content.
- Tone preference for consistent voice.
- Updated the module to take AI Content Generation Help Text into account for page-level AI content generation, metadata generation, and taxonomy categorization.
Enhanced how the AI system analyzes and considers key factors, such as user-entered prompts and enhancements, field names and labels, AI help text, and existing page content to produce quality responses.
- Added Metadata Fields tab to the Ingeniux AI System application manager. This feature introduces an AI-powered metadata field identification system to automatically specify metadata fields on page schemas. Administrators can also identify these fields manually. Once specified, users can leverage AI to generate metadata values for the fields on pages.
- Added setting to consider or ignore existing page content when using AI to generate content values for fields.
- Introduced AI-powered taxonomy category suggestions. Users can determine whether or not to assign the suggested categories to pages and components.

Known Issues
Any known issues will be updated here as they are reported. If you encounter issues not in this list, report them to Ingeniux Support.
AI Module Spring-Summer 2025 Issues
The Spring-Summer 2025 release build 2.1.89 contains the following known issues:
- Content generation disregards formatting requests in AI help text and prompts. The AI does not consider formatting instructions provided in AI help text or user-entered prompts during content generation.
- Content generation does not always preserve original XHTML text formatting. When
using the Ingeniux AI Generation module to generate content for XHTML editor fields that
already have values, text formatting may not be retained during the generation
process.
See known issue article for details.
- AI ranks help text and prompts differently for page- and field-level content
generation. Results may vary, depending on whether users generate content at the
page level or field level. At the page level, the AI gives priority to AI
Content Generation Help Text and not user-entered prompts. In contrast, at
the field level, the prompt takes precedence over help text.
See known issue article for details.
- Newly configured metadata groups with nested groups are included in "Other
Metadata". Newly configured metadata field groups containing nested groups may
display in the "Other Metadata" section instead of their own section within the Ingeniux
AI Generation module Metadata tab.
See known issue article for details.
- Left pane interface prevents clicked Asset Tree items from opening. If users
click the Ingeniux AI icon in the utility bar then leave the left module pane open, asset
items and folders clicked in Asset Tree will not display in the main pane.
See known issue article for details.
- Dashboard always displays the default user profile photo. The Ingeniux AI System
App Dashboard displays the default user profile photo for each user
in the User Content Object Updates area, no matter if the profile
photo has been changed.
See known issue article for details.
